The Center For Sight Foundation provides free sight-saving surgery to people in need. While cataracts are the most common condition treated through this program, additional surgically treatable conditions may be considered.
To qualify for free treatment through Mission Cataract, potential patients must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or resident alien (green card)
- Cannot have insurance or be enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid
- Must be living at or below the poverty guidelines set by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (financial documentation required)
